When a recycling program goes right!

As I was cutting these shirts out I realized I didn't have enough to complete a shirt (that hem is DRAMA!). I started to play with different combinations and landed on this awesomesauce.

By using leftover pieces and patterns, I'm able to make a one of a kind patchwork that is truly a showstopper.

Key Features include:

Light and soft cotton voile
Natural dyes
Hand cut blocks and block printed by hand
Contrasting buttonhole thread
Vintage, hand picked, mismatched Corozo buttons (vegetable ivory) and a bright knot of linen thread to finish

So much goes into the yardage before it even gets to me!

The fabric had to take center stage so a loose, unfussy button-up emerged. Easy to dress up or down with a stand up collar and a dramatic shirttail hem in the back. Don't forget pockets!

This piece is currently One Size, please reach out if interested in custom sizing, there is no additional charge! I've tried this piece on multiple body shapes and feel comfortable offering it to US women's size 2-16.

As a small company who makes such limited runs of each style, dividing our inventory into sizes is sometimes a challenge. But, our steady growth has allowed us to start offering more specific sizing on our most popular styles and we hope to keep adding more sizing to more styles until all bodies feel represented by our brand. Each pattern is handmade, and handmade items, by nature, have imperfections. Instead of culling these flaws, we have chosen to highlight them. The reason is two-fold: to prevent avoidable waste and as a reminder that this piece is one-of-a-kind.
